Dolphin Sighting in New Zealand

Dolphin Sighting in New Zealand

The adventure continues in one of the most beautiful places of New Zealand: Milford Sound, classified in the UNESCO World Heritage. This peaceful fiord, well known for its numerous waterfalls and peaks, is also home to a lot of marine creatures such as this beautiful family of Bottlenose Dolphins (Tursiops Truncatus), spotted at the bottom of the Stirling Falls! There are more than 60 Bottlenose Dolphins living in the area, and are usually seen once a week or fortnightly.
Playful Dusky Dolphins (Lagenorhynchus Obscurus) can also be seen in the fiord, and if you are very, very lucky, you might even see a whale!
